Repairs
Can my Sun Mountain bag/cart/outerwear piece be repaired?
Sun Mountain has a skilled repair team. In most cases, a product is able to be repaired. Please call 1-800-227-9224, Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (MST) to set up a repair for your item. Some items are able to be repaired in the field. If that is the case for your item, a customer service representative will assist you in ordering the piece required to fix your product.
How long does it take for my bag to be repaired?
Typical turn-around time is 3 weeks. This includes 1 week to ship to the Sun Mountain warehouse, 1 week to repair the item, and 1 week to ship the item back to you.
Is there a repair service in my area?
We do not have designated repair facilities; however, please call our Customer Service line 1-800-227-9224, Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (MST) to see if your repair can be done in the field or needs to be returned to Sun Mountain for service.

General Questions
Are the dividers full length?
Yes, all of our bags have full length dividers.
Can I upgrade my wheels from the pneumatic (air-filled) tire to the solid tire?
Yes, we have a kit available to make this upgrade. Please call our Customer Service line 1-800-227-9224, Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (MST) to order this kit. If you have the oldest generation, the Pre V1, you need to order the fork kit in addition to the foam tire kit.
Can I get a different strap for my bag?
Yes, some bags are able to be re-strapped in the field, others need to be ordered re-strapped. If you would like to order a bag with a different strap, please use our FIND A RETAILER feature and order the bag with a different configuration. If you need clarification on your options, please call our Customer Service line 1-800-227-9224, Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (MST).
Where is the hose on the pump?
The hose for the pump is located inside the pump itself. To get the hose out of the pump, simply grip the pump in the center and unscrew the handle. Once the handle is off, tip the pump so the open end is facing down. You may need to tap the open end on a hard surface to dislodge the hose. Keep in mind, the handle portion of the pump is the end opposite of where the air comes out.

What do I do if my Speed Cart pulls to the side?
First, please check your tire pressure to confirm all tires are at 30 psi. If the tire pressure checks out and you have a cart outfitted with bungee cords or strapless bag bag bracket you can adjust the alignment by following the instructions in your user's guide. If you have an older cart outfitted with velcro straps for securing the bag on the cart, please call our customer service department at 800-227-9224 Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. MST.
How much do your carts weigh?

The V1 Sport weighs 17.15 lbs. The Micro Cart Sport weighs 13.8 lbs. The MC3 weighs 16.9 lbs. In previous years, we had the SV1, weighing 17.85, and the V2, weighing 20lbs.
What is the recommended tire pressure for the Speed Cart pneumatic tires?
The recommended tire pressure is 30 psi.
Can straps, legs and springrods be replaced on my Sun Mountain bag?
Yes, replacement legs, straps and springrods are available for most models. Please call our Customer Service Department direct at 800-227-9224 (Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. MST) to order. In order to ensure you receive the correct item, please have your bag available when you call so we can ask you specific questions.
What is the guarantee for water protection on my Sun Mountain rainwear?
Sun Mountain guarantees the Provisional to be waterproof for two years from the date of purchase. The suit is seam-sealed and treated with a Dupont Teflon DWR coating for extra protection from the rain.
Why doesn't the product video display in my web browser?

If you are using IE Explorer:
1) Click on the Tools icon in the top right corner of Internet Explorer. (The icon looks like a cogwheel.)
2) In the drop-down menu which appears, click Manage Add-Ons.
3) In the dialog which appears, select Toolbars and Extensions.
4) In the list of Add-ons, look for 'Shockwave Flash Object' - which is another name for Flash Player.
5) In the Status column, check to see whether Shockwave Flash Object is Disabled. If it is, click the row for Shockwave Flash Object to highlight it.
6) In the bottom right corner of the Manage Add-ons dialog, click the Enable button.
7) Close the Manage Add-ons dialog and click Refresh to reload the webpage.
If you are using Firefox:
1) Click on Firefox in the top left corner.
2) Select 'Add-Ons'
3) Select the Plugins menu item on the left.
4) In the Add-on display scroll down to 'Shockwave Flash..'.
5) Click on 'Enable' if such button is present, else it is already enabled.
If you are using Google Chrome:
1) Click on the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar, in the top-right corner.
2) Select Tools
3) Select Extensions and make sure that Shockwave Flash has not been disabled.
4) Check 'enable' next to Shockwave Flash if not checked already.
